When you submit information, claim a listing, create an owner account, or upload content, you also confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

Miami Roofing Contractors Directory is operated by Evoltra Solutions LLC and is an informational directory. Listings are built from public records, such as state licensing data, together with information provided by the businesses themselves. The site helps you find and compare local businesses. It is not a party to any agreement between you and a business you find here.

2. No endorsement, and verify before you hire

A listing on this site is not a recommendation or endorsement. The License Verified badge means that license information in the listing matched official state records on the date shown in the listing. It is not a guarantee of quality, pricing, or results, and it is never sold or granted on request. License status can change at any time. Always confirm a license directly with the official state source and request written estimates before hiring anyone.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep listings current, but public records and business details change. Information on this site may be incomplete or out of date. Use it as a starting point, not as a substitute for your own confirmation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes not scraping or bulk-copying listing data, not submitting false or misleading information, not impersonating a business or another person, and not attempting to interfere with the operation of the site.

5. Business listings and claims

A business may request to claim its listing. We review claim requests and approve them at our discretion, based on verification of the requester's connection to the business. A claimed listing does not change the meaning of any badge. We may edit, unpublish, or remove any listing at any time, for example when a license is no longer active.

6. Owner-submitted images

If you submit an image for a listing you manage, the following applies:

• You confirm that you own the image or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy rights.
• You grant Miami Roofing Contractors Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the image on the listing, in directory pages that feature the listing, and in previews generated when the listing is shared, for as long as the image remains on the listing.
• We review every submitted image before it appears on the site. We may reject or remove an image at any time, for example for quality, accuracy, or rights concerns. We are not required to give a reason.
• You may ask us to remove an image from your listing at any time using the contact address below.

7. Reviews and other submissions

Content you submit to the site, such as reviews, listing suggestions, or update requests, is reviewed before publication. By submitting content you confirm it is truthful and yours to share, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site. We may decline or remove submitted content at our discretion.

8. Disputed images or content

If you believe an image or other content on this site infringes your rights or is otherwise improper, contact us at support@curatepoint.com with a link to the listing and a short description of the issue. We review these reports and act promptly, including removing content while a dispute is open when that is the reasonable course.

9. Third-party websites

Listings may link to business websites and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Intellectual property

The site's design, text written by the directory, and the organization of the directory are owned by the site operator. Business names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information found here, for the acts or omissions of any listed business, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
